March 2006, EO - NOAA Implementation with MSP Integration:
Enterprise Optimus Implementation @ NOAA
Enterprise Optimus has been chosen to provide Real time consolidated views of Organizational/ Divisional/ Product/ Project/ Resource level information to the Staff and Senior Management at NOAA.

NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) is the first physical science agency in the United States, the first agency formed specifically for observation and study of the atmosphere, and the first agency formed to study and conserve natural resources.

Enterprise Optimus provides the ability to monitor, analyze, and act upon intelligence in real time while providing end-to-end visibility into company operations and project/ milestone performance.

December 2005, Schedule Optimus - Successful Implementation at Mitsubishi Motors:
Sureka Auto, dealers in sales and support services to Mitsubishi & Fiat Customers, was in search of a comprehensive suite of service applications that allows to manage, synchronize, and coordinate all the maintenance related activities. Management of Sureka Auto was looking for a solution that would help them to run a more efficient and cost-effective maintenance operation, Maximize planned and scheduled work, Improve maintenance performance, Assure better utilization of resources and maintain customer relationships.

Schedule Optimus provided a scalable, integrated solution that addresses all the aspects of the preventive maintenance activity, by performing planning and estimation of services well in advance. Provided a web-based solution with the flexibility and messaging capabilities that Sureka requires for all aspects of the maintenance operations, includes the automation of PM Planning and notification of PM Due Dates, Estimation of service costs, SMS or email, as well as letters can send Mailshots, service follow-up, reminders, and confirmation of vehicles & parts availability.

By Providing Service Analytics, Schedule Optimus enabled Sureka Auto to optimize their multichannel service and customer interaction center operations. It provided an in-depth insight on resource utilization, service activity and resolution trends, service revenue & costs, and customer satisfaction.

November 2005, DSR ties-up with SDG (USA) for GSA Schedule:
DSR has tied up with SunPlus Data Group (SunPlus) which offers DSR’s products along with its product line.

Registered Under GSA Schedule 70, SDG provides an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) fixed price contract to provide information technology products to U.S. government agencies. Any Federal agency and activities in the executive, legislative and judicial branches and other organizations authorized by the state can utilize this contract.

March 2005, e-Disha gets Replicated at LBSNAA, Department of Personnel & Training & Establishment Office:
After Successful Implementation at DAR & PG, Department of Personnel joined hands with other departments to use e-Disha for automating their Electronic File movement and other administrative processes.

In the Above Context, DAR & PG with other departments (LBSNAA, Department of Personnel & Training & Establishment Office) signs a contract with E-Mission team (DSR, Adobe & Newgen).

The e-Disha team is committed to propagate the concept of Less Paper Office and be your partner in the achievement of efficient governance.

December 2004, e-Disha - Successful Implementation at DAR & PG:
e-Mission Team (DSR, Adobe & Newgen) had successfully deployed E-Disha Solution (Electronic Less paper Office) at DAR & PG by automating

  • Electronic File Movement Tracking and Management which encompasses File creation, notings, referencing to correspondence papers, decision making, routing, closing and weeding.
  • Decision making in Meetings issue of notices, agenda papers, minutes, action-taken follow up etc.
  • Routine Administrative Process of DAR & PG.
  • Collaboration Tasks e.g. preparation of briefs, status papers, action taken reports and proposals.
  • MIS (Management of Information Services)

June 2004:
DSR along with Adobe and Newgen (e-Mission Team) successfully completes the development of e-Disha (A Less Paper Office solution for Government Departments.
“e-Disha is a leap towards transformation to an electronic work environment leveraging on Information & Communication Technologies. By reducing paperwork in Government and switching over to e governance, a priority item on the agenda for Governance Reforms and Public Sector management would be addressed. We hope the experience gained in designing and developing this framework would transform Government agencies to usher in a performance culture, perceive outcomes and realise a transparent, accountable and responsive administrative system”

The Evolution

The realization that there is need to re-invent and re-engineer the Government processes/tasks, to enhance internal efficiencies and reduce the delays in decision making is not new.

The plenary session of the Fifth Conference of IT Managers held in June 2003 at New Delhi reinforced the need for transforming to an electronic work environment to bring about transparency, accountability an enhanced internal efficiency.

The need for an initiative for Less Paper Office was further reiterated and endorsed in the 15th meeting of the Executive Committee under the auspices of the high powered committee in the Chairmanship of their Cabinet Secretary on 30 June 2003.

The Secretary, Ministry of Personnel, thereafter gave a directive for implementation of the initiative in the DARPG.

A meeting was held in DARPG premises on 4 July 2003 to formally initiate & take up the initiative for transformation to Less Paper environment.

It was decided to complement the implementation of this project with appropriate ushering in of Management practices, capacity building through on the job workplace training and institutionalizing standard operation procedures to support the change.

March 2004, EO - ACIS contract:
DSR Signs Contract with ACIS
ACIS is part of the Allianz group, one of the world's largest financial service providers, with 60 million plus clients in over 70 countries. ACIS undertakes software development & maintenance activities on Mainframe, Oracle and Web arena.

ACIS has selected Enterprise Optimus to streamline it's operations. Enterprise Optimus was selected for ACIS ahead of a number of other leading project management tools.

Enterprise Optimus will provide Enterprise Operations Management, Project Management, Quality Management and Document Management to offer management with effective decision support.

Business World, 10th November 2003:
Mr. Sree Duddilla CEO, DSR Solutions, shared his experience and views on the “Less Paper” initiative of DAR&PG in the 7th National E-Governance Conference at Chennai on 13th November 2003. He has a rich experience of the corporate world and trade. With his expertise and experiences, Mr. Sree Duddilla highlighted the initiatives taken by DSR towards e-Governance. The conference held from 13th to 15th November 2003, consisted of an array of speakers, the best from Bureaucracy, Academia and Trade.

Ordinance Factories Staff College, Ambajhari:
CEO Mr. Sree Duddilla, DSR Solutions, delivered a lecture on 14th November 2003 at the Ordinance Factories Staff College, Ambajhari on “e-Governance in Andhra Pradesh” and “initiatives of DSR to develop and promote e-Governance in India”. His experiences were shared at the weeklong programme at Nagpur called “Advances in Information Technology” from 10-14 November 2003. The programme was attended by IOFS officers.
